I agree. Yes, this event may be held in the UK after all - but Kangana should have remembered that she is Indian after all and should have dressed a little more appropriately. Oh well...our opinions don't really make a difference anyway as she is known for her 'eclectic' fashion sense and certainly has established herself as one of the top actresses of the country...All the same, her dress is absolutely hideous and this fact doesn't change no matter how gorgeous she may be.
